An Unforgettable Auto Accident: A Dramatic Story of Survival

I have an unforgettable and memorable story from my experience as a driver, where I was almost hit head-on by a drunk naked man giving a blow job while driving in a dangerous local canyon. This story unfolds a series of dramatic events that led to a chaotic aftermath, legal battles, and the attention of a mainstream TV show.

The Incident

On that fateful day, I was driving through a treacherous local canyon when suddenly, a man in a daze, without any clothes, hit my Jeep. He had been driving drunk and in a state of heavy sexual arousal, which led to him performing a dangerous maneuver while in the vehicle. The collision was a hard glancing T-bone – the other side’s car hit the side of my Jeep before it crashed into a mountain, launching it like a rocketship straight up.

From there, the car ‘football’ rolled for 260 feet down the canyon road, finally landing by a cross where someone had previously been killed. The distance of 260 feet is mentioned in the Highway Patrol Report, providing a factual account of the severity of the impact.

Surviving the Crash

Everyone was ‘okay’ despite the harrowing experience. I spent three days in the hospital with blunt force trauma to my head, and I still suffer from headaches. My friends were also injured, adding to the traumatic experience.

The driver of the other car, along with his 'intimate friend,' appeared to be unharmed. He crawled out of the overturned wreckage, put on his shorts, and disappeared down the canyon. Unbeknownst to him, the police quickly brought him back to the scene.

Aftermath and Legal Battles

Unfortunately, the driver was woefully underinsured, with his policy not even covering a third of my hospital bills. Furthermore, his female companion who was with him at the time sought to sue for a share of the proceeds, alleging that she had been involved in the accident.

Motivated by a sense of justice, I decided to sue the woman in small claims court. With no attorneys involved, the case generated quite a stir. To my surprise, the case was picked up by the popular TV show 'Swift Justice with Nancy Grace,' and we were both invited to appear on the show.

The Show and the Controversy

During the confrontation with the show, the woman was asked four times if she was ‘doing’ the man at the time of the accident. She denied it all four times, but the lie detector tests she took proved otherwise. According to the test administrator, she failed on a scale of 12 out of 10.

Despite the controversy, I emerged victorious, winning $5,000. The show had already paid for all associated costs.

My journey to justice was not easy, but it offered me a platform to share the truth and raise awareness about the dangers of drunk driving and unsafe sexual behavior behind the wheel. While I made multiple attempts to provide a link to the episode, it is unclear if it will be included here. However, my story is real, and you cannot make up this type of stuff!
